1단계 – 자격 요건 확인

기술 심사를 신청하기 전에, 본인의 학력과 경력이 ACS의 일반 기술 심사 기준을 충족하는지 확인해야.

• AQF: 호주 학위 체계(Australian Qualifications Framework)
• 관련 IT 경력은 전문적인 IT 업무로, 주당 최소 20시간 이상이어야 함.
• 최근 10년 기준은 온라인 기술 심사 신청일로부터 과거 10년을 의미.

위 기준을 충족하지 못할 경우, 다른 신청 경로를 고려해야 함.

 

2단계 – 서류 준비

자격 요건을 충족한다면, 다음 단계는 일반 기술 심사 신청에 필요한 모든 서류를 준비하는 것.

1. 신원 확인 서류

• 여권 사진 페이지 또는 국가 신분증
• 결혼 등으로 인한 이름 변경 증명서(해당되는 경우)

2. 학력 증명 서류

• 학위 증명서
• 성적 증명서(과목명, 성적, 학위 수여일 포함)
• 학위 수여 기관의 공식 문서

3. 경력 증명 서류

• 고용주로부터 받은 업무 경력 증명서(회사 로고가 있는 공식 문서)
• 고용 기간, 직책, 업무 내용, 근무 시간 등이 명시되어야 함.

4. 선택 사항: 벤더 자격증(DevOps 및 사이버 보안 분야에 해당)

• 관련 자격증 사본
• 자격증 발급 기관의 공식 문서

주의사항:

• 모든 문서는 고해상도 컬러 스캔본(최소 300dpi)으로 제출해야 함.
• 각 문서는 PDF 형식으로 업로드하며, 파일 크기는 3MB를 초과하지 않아야 함.
• 문서의 가장자리가 잘리지 않도록 주의해야 함.
• 디지털 서명된 문서는 다른 문서와 결합하지 말아야 함.

 

신청 수수료

일반 기술 심사 경로의 신청 수수료는 AUD $1,450이며, 신청 시작 시 결제.

ACS General Skills Assessment Eligibility Criteria

 

Notes:

• *Relevant IT work experience must be professional IT employment and at least 20 hours per week.
• ^The 10-year work experience requirement is based on the 10 years preceding your online skills application submission date.
• ***ACS reserves the right to assess the relevance and determine the standards against which the skills and knowledge of a person are assessed as being suitable (or not) for their nominated occupation(s).

 

Step 2 – Prepare Your Documents

Once you've confirmed you meet the assessment criteria, the next step is to gather all the documents you need for a General Skills application.

1. Proof of Identity Documents:
   • Passport (photo page) or national ID card.
   • Birth Certificate.
   • Evidence of name change (if applicable).
   • Resume or curriculum vitae.
2. Evidence of Qualifications:
   • Degree or award certificates.
   • Academic transcripts, including details of subjects studied and grades achieved.
   • Completion letters (if applicable).
3. Evidence of Work Experience:
   
   • You need to provide two kinds of evidence to verify your paid employment:
     • Documentary evidence from employers detailing periods of employment and other key details (Employment reference letters detailing job title, duties performed, employment dates, and employment status (full-time or part-time).)
     • Evidence to verify your paid employment and that your pay is commensurate with the skill level for your position (Payment evidence such as official government tax records, payslips, or bank statements showing salary payments.)
4. Optional Evidence of Vendor Certifications (for DevOps and Cyber Security applicants only):
   • Relevant vendor certification documents.

Please Note: Many applications are delayed by incorrectly submitted evidence. Ensure all documents are high-quality color scans (at least 300 dpi) and meet the specific requirements outlined by ACS.

 

Application Fee
